Exchange and return policy
It allows you to cancel the order and recover the amount paid if the customer requests cancellation before receiving the order, provided that the customer is charged the shipping fees.
Amounts will be refunded within a period not exceeding (7) business days from the customer’s request for return. This is for orders to which the return policy applies.
If the product arrives to the customer in poor condition as a result of poor manufacturing, the customer is entitled to compensation for the damaged or defective products with new products shipped to him free of charge.
If the order reaches the customer and is received, the order is not allowed to be returned under any circumstances in order to preserve public health.
Please note that all Active Pro Care products are not returnable under any circumstances due to our commitment to consider the public health of customers and the personal safety of everyone.
